Michael Flynn Associates was formed in 2003 to assist clients pursuing construction and operation contracts for major projects in the rail sector by delivering bid management services and bidding expertise. Since this time we have led or played a significant role on behalf of clients in many of the largest and most complex light rail and Metro procurements in the UK and beyond, including pre bid development, consortium assembly, bid development and submission, financial close and operational mobilisation.
